Returns/Damages
Please make sure the packaging is intact when accepting delivery. If there are any visible signs of damage on the packaging,PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.
Please inform us of any damaged items and we will re-dispatch your item swiftly (Please see the return policy below). If any items have a manufacturing fault, we will replace them for you swiftly. Please notify us within writing within 7 days.
Please do measure before ordering as we cannot accept any returns due to the bed not fitting within the space available.
Return Policy
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN FOR ALL BESOPKE BEDS
You can return item purchased from us within 30 days
Items will only be accepted where assembly/inflation has not been attempted and returned in its original condition and packaging. If unpacked or unrolled a £60 handling fee will be charged
The buyer is responsible for return of product by using their own courier. The items must be unused. 20% Order amount ll be deducted as restocking fee if customer ll return the item by using their own courier.
Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them.
We regret that we cannot be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed and checked by the customer.
If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advice the driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing or inform via ebay message.
This enables the replacement procedure to be a lot more efficient.

Delivered safely to the room of your choice and assembled by us if appropriate*. *Customer self-assembly may be necessary for some items including selected office furniture, wall hung mirrors, children's bedroom furniture and garden furniture.
